Located near the shores of Lake Havasu, this condominium complex is just a mile and a half from London Bridge. Tour bus excursions to the clubs and casinos of Laughlin, Nevada leave regularly from the nearby town center. On site, the condo complex offers three outdoor pools, each with its own spa tub and sundeck. Guests also have use of the clubhouse, barbecue grills, and guest laundry. The front desk has videos available for the in-room VCRs. Complimentary boat parking is available one mile from the resort.

This condominium complex has 94 guest units: some in single-story buildings, and some upstairs above parking. A limited number of wheelchair-accessible units are available. All units include patios, ceiling fans, sofa sleepers, two cable TVs, and VCRs. Kitchens or kitchenettes include microwaves, refrigerators, coffeemakers, cooktops, dishes, pans, and utensils. Local calls are free. Housekeeping is weekly, with an additional towel change each week.
